We only fit new, manufacturer-approved parts, which have a 12-month parts guarantee.

Yes, we offer same-day or next-day appointments in most areas.

What information should I have before booking an appointment?

To make the process as quick as possible, have the following information ready: Name, Address, Phone Number, Email address, brand, and the reported issue.

The make and model of the appliance are also helpful.

 

What happens if the appliance cannot be repaired?

If your appliance is beyond economical repair, you will only have to pay for the call-out charge.
We can also supply or give advice on new appliances.

 

Do I have to wait around all day for the service engineer to arrive at my home?

No, we have two-hour time slots for morning or afternoon appointments, and if needed, we can contact you 30 minutes before.

This will also mean that you do not have to take off work or bother trying to coordinate with the engineer.

 

What method of payment do you accept?

We accept most debit cards, cash, cheques, and BACS payments.

 

What happens if a second visit is needed?

You will not pay a second labour charge; you only pay once after the repair is completed for labour and any spare parts that may be required.

There is also no deposit to pay in advance for any spare parts that have to be ordered.

Do you carry out repairs for estate agents and landlords?

BA Repairs currently works with many landlords and letting agents.
We accept BACS payment for this service and also provide new domestic appliances.

When you replace a Domestic Appliance?

We typically recommend that customers consider replacing their washing machine, dishwasher, and dryer.
When the repair cost is at or over half of the price of a new machine.

How much does an appliance repair usually cost?

It is difficult to give a price without a logical call-out on the machine prior to know exactly what the issue is and what parts are required. 


However, BA Repairs has a flat-rate labour pricing system that benefits the customer.
